Located in the beautiful countryside, the studio is snuggled away on a farm setting just 5 mins outside Milnathort. Rustic it may be with bare walls and exposed beam trusses but its charming appearance maintains the character of country life making it a perfect training environment for all clients.
Not only that, the studio its self is fully equipped with kettlebells, dumbbells, trx straps, a squat rack, tyres, ropes and a treadmill to suit all your needs when it comes to any kind of training.
We have something to suit everyone - please do not be shy as we welcome anyone who is willing to better themselves through the joys and challenges of fitness!
